- You must provide a clear unboxing video as proof showing the issue (incorrect item or defect).
3. Process for Refunds and Returns

- Description of the issue.
- Attached unboxing video clearly showing the defect or incorrect item.
- Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will:
- Issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Offer a replacement if preferred (subject to availability).
4. Important Notes
- Refunds will only be provided if all conditions are met.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
